The delivery fee of the originally purchased mattress is not refundable. You will be charged $110. 00 as the pick-up fee for your old mattress. The only exception is if there is any manufacturing defect in it. You are required to pay for the delivery of your reselected mattress too.
Return of mattress – the return of mattress applies only to Hastens mattresses. In this you have to use the mattress at least for 30 days then after the completion of the first 30 days, you have the time of another 30 days to apply for the return of the mattress.

Step 1 – in case of any unsatisfaction after the use of the mattress, you are required to use it for 30 days then apply for its return by contacting a salesperson at Bloomingdales either physically or online

In the return, there is no option of refund you only get the option to exchange your mattress A 25% of restocking fee is applied to your return. In case you exchange your old hastens for new hastens the mattress will be the final sale. You are not allowed to exchange it any further in case of discomfort. You get a 25 years warranty on the base and the mattress. You don’t get any warranty on the topper. Worry no more is not available on the mattress of hastens.
