The story will follow a 12-year-old boy called Aram who finds himself on a distant shore after pirates attack the ship he is sailing on. All Aram wants to do is get home. Armed with only his father’s compass, he sets off on his long journey and, as he goes on, he meets strange and interesting people and creatures of Azeroth.

The first book in the series will be released in November 2016 and will be available in the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. A second book will follow in November 2017. World of Warcraft: Traveler will be aimed at 8-12-year-olds.
